NEW Islamic Downloads site!
I've been working on a new project recently. I get so many requests via email (and even here on SF) from people asking for particular Islamic media files. Sometimes uploading them to websites is cumbersome and long-winded. But no-one can deny the thawaab one can receive.
It was as a result of the serious lack of a centralised area which distributed authentic Islamic files, that a new service has been created. Similar to file-sharing services such as Napster and Kazaa, SunniTorrents is a peer2peer file-sharing service exclusively for authentic Islamic files. SunniTorrents uses BitTorrent technology.
If you are acustom to how BitTorrent works, then. If not, then you'll have to do a bit of initial reading! Once setup though, you'll be able to download all kinds of material - anasheed, bayaans, Quran, books, pretty much anything anyone else wants to share!
Please have a look at the new site, register and participate. I urge everyone to click on "Help!" at the top right-hand corner of the site and read that section so you know how to use the service. You'll be lost without it!

The site has only just been launched so there are few files being shared at the moment. Feel free to make your own torrents and share them with the rest of the community. Immense thawaab on offer
