I read a lot about aqidah from different sources. Salafis and Ikhwanis say Allah doesn't resemble the creation as we do. I am a little confused now. What is the exact difference between them and us?

I thought Ikhwanis were actually Salafis

It is not as simple as that... These 'Salafis' warn against Ikhwanis

However there are other 'Salafis' Who warn against people like that in the video(/ Troid/ salafi.com/ etc)

So bless us with your knowledge and tell us in what he was crazy in and what he wasn't crazy in?
Was he right,
When he said you can go outside your madhab whenever you find proof stronger in another madhab?
Or was it right,
When he said Allah is above the throne?
Why don't you start giving talks, lectures, write books, and create schools in order that you may teach the people who is crazy and who isn't since you seem to be so skilled in this science of Rijaal, we are waiting.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله
Because those who studied the Salafi 'Aqidah have anthropomorphic beliefs with respect to the Creator. Like the anthropomorphist philosopher Ibn Taymiyyah, they attribute "size" to Allâh Most High:
That something existing should not be increasing, or decreasing, or neither increasing nor decreasing, and yet exist and not have a size – this is impossible. (Bayaan Talbiis Al-Jahmiyyah, 3/146).
قال ابن تيمية: فأما كون الشيء غير موصوف بالزيادة والنقصان ولا بعدم ذلك وهو موجود وليس بذي قدر فهذا لا يعقل (بيان تلبيس الجهمية, ج3/ص146).
