Do Muslims follow Jesus Christ more than Christians?

In my studies on Christianity, the foundation of it is accepting Jesus as your lord and savior. Because Muslims do not do this fundamental thing I don't believe we follow it more. We may live more like Jesus but do not follow the religion IMO.

We dont follow christianity - but we do follow Jesus more than they do - this isnt speculation or oppinion - this is fundemetal to being Muslim, because Jesus is alive right now, he is making salaat according to the sunnah of his predecessor Rasoolullah , he fasts during ramadhaan as Rasoolullah taught - and when Allah commands him to return, it wont be christians he calls brother, it will be Muslims - so of course we follow and obey Jesus its the christians who have distorted his words, and when he returns, many of them will realize this and follow the way of Jesus whic is Islam.
