Assalamualaikum

I am expecting my first child soon inshaAllah. Doctors think the child will be a girl. My wife and I are trying to find possible names. A couple of names we liked were Arisha and Anisha.

In the first instance the meaning is Highness. Is this a name that might sound haughty?

Secondly, is Anisha an arabic name? I read on a muslim names website that it means deep-thinker, sensitive, high. Is this true? I know it is also a name that some Hindus use.

One final question - Raiha is another name we are thinking of (meaning smell/fragrance I believe). How is this pronounced - ra-i-Ha or ray-Ha?

I have noone else I can think of asking so would be grateful for any information you brothers/sisters may be able to offer.
