    Respected sister,

My point was about "shouting" because you used capital letters.
At first you were seeking for proofs about Tabligh but later you started criticizings to other posts. Hence I couldn't understand your intention.
Allah didn't give equal rights to men and women. Do you have the right to call the Adhan?

And they (women) have rights (that men owe to them) similar to those (that men have) over them (which should be fulfilled) in kindness. (However) men have a degree (of responsibility and guardianship) above them (above women). Allaah is Mighty (over His creation), Wise (in the laws He passes for people).

    - Suratul Baqarah: 228

Male and female are not alike.

    - Surah Aali 'Imraan: 36

Men have charge over women (as their overseers, guardians, protectors) because of the virtue (distinction) Allaah has (in His wisdom) bestowed some of you over others and because of what they (men) spend (on women) from their wealth.

    - Suratun Nisaa':34

It would put things into perspective had you finished that verse.

You have quoted Surah Baqara Verse 228, to show that when the ayah mentions equal rights, it is referring to them both having the same rights. Please see above.

Here is a portion from Ma'ariful Quran for english readers. This is under the explanation of this Ayah.

Please note the 2nd paragraph, having equal rights does not dictate same rights, rather that just as the right of man be honored by the woman, so should the rights of woman be honored by the man.

Here is the tafseer from Ibn Kather:

Nabi explained the rights when questioned. The Nafaqa, Clothing, Sukna are rights for women etc, while she must not let any stranger enter his home etc. So clearly the idea of equal rights being the "same" rights is not correct.

And no, these are not the differences of "identity" or status of either as explicit from the above. We can also expound some other tafaseer too.

    That's a beneficial post, mashaAllaah.
However, it doesn't seem like the poster intended any meaning different than what you have posted.

She may have used the word "same", but it didn't seem like it was implied in the literal sense.
    And Allaah knows best.
