I am not aware of any spanish translation for fazail amal, you may want to ask dewsbury markaz (tabligh markaz of europe and S.America)

There is a South African Aalim whom has been based in chile ( South America ) for quite some time now. I know that he was busy with the translation but I am not sure if this has been completed or not? Insha Allah I will query this with him and post the response.
