I had one discussion with one of the students of Mufti Ebrahim Desai that I, personally, wouldn't recommend having Kutubus Sittah in the Masaajid but rather more books like Riyaad as-Saaliheen because people might get confused from reading books like Sahih Bukhari etc,. The Student [aka Mufti now] disagreed but alhamdulillah, discussions are nice if conducted properly.

Anyways, the problem nowadays is that people do not appreciate Ikhtilaaf.

I personally know deobandi ulama who have gone to Disneyland and other such amusement parks. I know a deobandi alim, finished through dewsbury, one year jamaat, and also attends a local multi cultural festival to sell halal hot dogs to raise money for the masjid association, even though they had belly dancers and music blasting throughout. I asked if there was any baraka in this, and was told, make the intention of doing dawah. I was also told that Mufti Taqi Uthmani wrote or said in Islahi Khutba that if you make the niyyah of doing dawah, then even going somewhere like disneyland is meritous (that needs to be verified, but I was told it by a deobandi alim). I also know another canadian deobandi alim finished in south africa) who told me that when non-muslims pass you on the street, its ok to look at them and smile, even if they are women. And he mentioned to me that he had done this himself earlier in the same day. So whats up with all that? I could drop names, but I am not going to.

Deobandis should clean up their own house before trying to clean up others.They have enough work to do.

I say: Everyone should clean up his house, not just the deobandis, but barelwis, sufis, salafis, asharis, maturidis, etc etc...

if everyone does this, then the glory of ummah can be restored. Allah will not help or change a nation until ..........................

Who care what Mr. Kabbani thinks. A sincere brother would do any effort that benefits the community be in a TJ form or not. Our task is to present deen in beautiful light with wisdom and good conduct and say We are muslims.

brother, in case you did not notice, the deobandi house has a hoover in it. it is currently a little rusty, but better than nothing.

Most other houses have only a brush with NO dustpan. they gather all the rubbish together all the rubbish and don't know what to do with because they have no dustpan let alone a hoover. and so all the rubbish has become part of their house.

OK you are right, the deobandis are the best, and the rest of the muslims are filth. Excellent analyses, no bias at all.
