Other thing is did you recite entire Qur'an in Kubra or just one Juz?
I recited the entire Quran surah fatiha till surah nas in all ten Qiraat by way of Sughra.

so i recited each Qiraat individual reciting each ayah by each imam hafs and shoba for Aasim
    warch andQaloon for naafi

I recited the entire Quran by way of Kubra hafs and Qaloon Douri, and khalf

and i recited tayibatu nashr upon my shuyookh

    Wa alaikum Salam,

At the moment all my students are Huffaz. However it is not a requirement. It is a PLUS. Requirement are to recite at least one riwaayah with usool tajweed with fluency.

My advice to you is to teach the Qiraat in the classical manner

which is to memorise the Quran first in one riwaya then complete it by studying its related riwaya .

then to start the study of the shaatibiya

Also it almost a universal rule to have jazariya memorised as well and if you find a good teacher you will most likely be asked to memorise tuhfatul atfaal as well

First of all this statement makes no sense to me. I am not sure what you mean by its related riwaaya.

There is no limit to how much a person should know to begin Ilm ul Qir'aat. I would argue that a person should know Sarf and Nahw also since Ilm ul Qir'aat is about variations (ikhtilaaf) of kalimaaat (active/passive - state of nasab or Rafa). Therefore like I said these are all a PLUS but not a requirement.

The Methodology is for students to read Shatibyaah text, I provide its commentary (Shra'ah) - line by line and tech them how to decode the usool and froosh through rumooz and demonstrate to them how to pronounce usool e.g tasheel, tasheel, maa idkhaal, etc and describe all Once students have completed Usool, we implement Ijra. For first few Juz I ask them to recite each verse for each raawi starting from Qaloon (tarteeb rijaal must be maintained). Where applicable make A'tf to conserve time. This is to establish student know can confidently demonstrate he knows who he is reading for what.

Once I establish this confidence, I teach them to read in Jam ul Jam as descibed by Allamah Jazri in Al-Nashr fil Qiraa'at il Ashr.

This the method I have learned from 3 shyookh (one of them is Shaykh Waleed Idrees Al Maneseee - you will find his recording on major audio websites of Quran recitations).

I hope this ends our discussion.

Coming back to main point, if there are any males interested in learning Saba'a let me know.

    Wa salam.

I am posting this to see if there are any brothers interested in learning Saba'a Qiraa'at tareeq Shatibyaah. I am planning to teach this. The course will have two parts. part 1 will cover usooll from the famous poem Hirz ul Amaani wa Wajhu Tahaani by Imam Shaatiby. Part 2 will be implementing these usool and recite all Qur'an in all riwaayah.

Riwaayah that be in taught are:

1 Qaloon and Warsh An Nafie.
2 Bazzi and Qumbul An Ibn Katheer
3 Doori and Soosi An Abu Amar
4 Hishaam and Ibn Dhakwaan An Ibn e Aamir
5 Shuaba'a and Hafs An Aasim
6 Khalaf and Khallad An Hamzah
7 Laith Abul Haarith and Doori An Kisaa'ie.

I can either teach all riwaayah in Jam ul Jam (combined manor) or specific riwaayah that interests you.

Please respond if you are interested.

    Jazak Allah.
