Basic Educational Resources for New Muslims--Please Reply

As-salaamu alaykum,

A friend of mine and I are considering developing an educational packet for new Muslims designed as a course of study for learning the fundamentals of Islam (not only beliefs, but also a basic fiqh of worship, etc.) However, we don't want to reinvent the wheel if this work has already been done. If anyone knows of any similar resources that are already available, could you please refer me to them?

For reverts all they need is some basic guide lines to make their decision process easier and not a prescriptive statement. To force people into something is counter productive.
