how to power nap?

I am trying to find were it states it is sunnah after zuhr, do you have any reference I have been looking got it. Elder in bangladesh would sleep around noon and said this is the best time but he did not mention whether it was sunnah or not

To induce sleep some of the pious advice reciting this portion of the verse 7 times while keeping right hand on the head

فضربنا على آذانهم في الكهف

(P.S. This is known from experience. It is neither Sunna or mustahib, etc.)

It is best to make dua afterwards for it to be effective.
