What is ‘aqidah?
That (thing/person/ideology) which a person ties (attaches) their heart to is called ‘aqidah.
The most important discipline to acquaint oneself with is ‘aqidah. There are two aspects in studying the correct ‘aqidah; the intellectual part, and spiritual part, of which both are indispensable. The intellectual side comprises the study of textual transmitted proofs from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and the second portion is the spiritual side which assists one to enhance their belief in Allah, His names and attributes, it brings the science alive in one’s life.
After understanding the above, in face of major trials and tribulations, listen to this lecture sooner rather than later to learn useful steps to strengthen one’s ‘aqidah.
