Familiar with and accustomed to - it has both connotations depending upon the situation.

Jaza`-o-Faza`, literally means: Crying; Bewailing; Mourning. (Jaza` is spelt Jeem, Zaa, `Ain,
and Faza` is spelt Faa, Zaa, `Ain.)
Jaza`-o-Faza` Karnaa - To cry, to bewail, to mourn.

    ---

[To mercyofAllah]: 'Maanoos' is an adjective meaning: friendly; familiar; intimate; attached; familiar (with); used (to).

'Shaitan ki awaaz se maanoos hai' - 'Familiar with the voice of Shaytaan.' (Which is what you said.)

    ---

[mercyofAllah Question #2]: Honehaar [ADJ.] means: Budding (youth); promising.
Here is an example of the word honehaar:

"Honehaar birwaa ke chik'ne chik'ne paat" - (Urdu saying which means: "A precocious child shows the man inside him.")

    Hope this helps, Inshaa'Allah.

I know tamanaayi is desire but I wonder if there is any other meaning or some other word sounds close to that as the sentence is talking about a old person that when a man is habitual of reciting Quran then in the old age he will have quwwat and tamanaayi in his heart. Khair I will take the meaning.
    wassalam
