Tonight I will try to read 50 rakat nafl and hopefully clear my head. Are there any du'aa for this type of situation, and in general what do you think I should do / changes that I should make to help myself out of this mess.

    Thank you very much.

The above Dua is very effective, Here is the the video of it. There is a minor change in the dua mentioned in the video, 'Auzhubika' is mentioned only once.

Thank you all so much. I appreciate the video, it helps with pronunciation, as I'm not the best when it comes to tajweed.

wa 'alaykum as-salam wa rahmatuLlah, sister,

I'm sure we can all relate to this situation, to a greater/lesser extent as the case may be! Personally, I feel that it is imperative to build one's taqwa (which, though manifested by one's actions, in nevertheless a state of the heart). One must develop one's consiousness of Allah, the hereafter, and the subsequent value of certain actions over others. As humans, we are in need of both fear and hope. Once you've got this in place, the actions will flow naturally; of course, this is predicated upon doing what you're doing for the sake of Allah. This applies equally to wordly education (with the right intentions) as it does to Salah.

Motivation can only come thorough good intentions and firm commitment to ones self......it is important in todays time, that due to pressures and other stressors in the environment, the friends should keep on motivating and encouraging each other......
it really helps when your own friend or your age fellow motivates you or speak good words to you.....Allah also help those people who have good intentions and help His people in every possible way.......unfortunately if a person has got no good company then dont forget Allah is still there.......
I myself have faced so many problems and stressful situations in my life, that sometimes i cant find a single genuine person around me who could support me or motivate me regarding my aims and dreams........but at that time, Allah hold my hand and makes me walk with a positive sense of mind.........Always remember Allah is there for his people..........try to read Quran more......it would automatically give you strength and courage to become self motivated........and InshahAllah things would start to work the way you would be wanting...........
