In our place some people will stand with a slightly changed qibla, hands folded, after salah and they recite something and then leave the mosque. What is that?

They are also Barelwis.

Yes. In India, no one besides the Barelwis offers this kind of prayers.
Allah knows. Eighteenth-century African Barelwis certainly thought so. Oops ...
