has he got a copyright on this? .........i think he should get a copyright otherwise the rest of the innovators will see the financial potential in this and jump on the band wagon. this could be a very lucrative money spinner. many loved ones of the deceased would be more than willing to give lavish gifts and loads of dosh to anyone that can convince them that he can communicate with the dead and give them the answers to the questions in the grave........
but isnt giving the answers when under examination considered cheating?! the deceased is meant to live a life whereby he will be able to answer the questions of the grave with ease, and not get the answers given to him lol!
How Weird ! was he a wali or a pious individual ?

I see this Tahir al-Qadri is loved, This Tahir al-Qadir has a great responsibility, he has to act according to the Quran and the Sunnah, he is in a part of the world where innovations run rampant, instead of being strict with regards to innovations he instead takes part in them and is a proud pioneer in this field.

i don't understand urdu.. was he doing talqeen at the grave? talqeen is permissible in our school thoughts.
http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...hlight=talqeen
"In fact, according to the Maliki and Shafi'i, there is also a talqeen done at the grave, in addition to the one done at the death bed;
There is a detail as to the evidence for it (weak hadith, supported by shawahid); but it's sufficient for one to know that the Ahlusunnah allow it, according to those 2 madhabs. If you see some people do it, do not think they are among the people of bid'a.
May Allah ta'alaa grant us tawfeeq to remember death often, and may He bless us with a successfull ending.

Ameen to your duas.
Actually he is standing by a grave and asking the deceased to recite Kalima and other stuff. There are Hadiths which discuss the permissibility of reciting Surah Yaseen for a person when he is in near-death situation but there is no proof of doing Talqeen to a dead one in the grave. Here are a few clear verses which prohibit it.
"Verily you cannot make the dead hear and you can not make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs and retreat."
[Surah an-Naml 27:80]
"The living and the dead are not alike. Allah makes whoever he wishes hear, but you cannot make those in the graves hear." [Surah Fatir 35:22]

Salam Dr ATI
How about a hadith which goes
''They hear better than yourself but are unable to reply.'' (Bukhari). To my knowledge I have heard this quoted many a time, could you please shed light on this?
