salaam.. there have been many articles and stories about coca cola containing alcohol - is this true?

i have read somewhere on the internet that there are foods and drinks which contain a very minute amount of alcohol, but are still permissable to be consumed.. is this true also?

coca cola has been consumed within my family for years and years, therefore this being a huge worry for me!
