Allah has said in the Quran:

The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.

Children to do fast in Ramadan in between seven to ten years.
Its better to train children to fast from a young age.

    Food Habit during Ramadhan
No Food or water after Fajr adhan till Magrib Adhan.
Eating Suhr is sunnah. Suhr is the early breakfast eaten about 1 hour before Fajr adhan.
One should break fast as soon as the Maghrib Adhan is heard. Eating dates first is the Sunnah. Also Dua at this time is accepted.

Could you tell about special prayers as well as duas in Ramadan.
In the Nights of Ramadan, there is a Sunnah prayer called Taraweeh. It is performed after Isha Prayer. It consists of 20 Rakats in total, which is performed in groups of two rakat. After it 3 rakat Witr can be prayed.

Why do Muslims Should Adopt Moon sighting to Establish Ramadan.
Islamic months are Lunar months, hence Moon sighting is needed to establish the beginning of a Month.

Ramadan Mubarak try to remember in dua

Remember, by train to fast it is important you do not endanger the health/development of the child.
Start off with fasting some afternoons, and as they get older and stronger a few days, like in the weekend until they are old enough to fast as an adult. This way you can introduce them to the spiritual benefits to fasting whilst allowing to feel like they are taking part and feeling closer to the fasting community. It is an excellent opportunity to educate your child on the history and meaning of Ramadan too.

As parent/guardian do not consider the value of children praying as the same as children fasting.

You strongly encouraging a child to pray will not harm them and will please Allah - inshallah.
I will phrase my next line carefully.
In my understanding, encouraging/forcing fasting upon those who are not physically able to fast, who are also under you care will not please Allah.

As I have seen only 8 Rakats is sufficient for Taraweeh is it right.
