Moulana Yunus Patel has passed away in Makkah Mukarramah

I am not sure on that, as they don't work like that in haram for them a janazah is a janazah unless its a royal.

If only they knew this is a janazah of an aashiq.

True, Shaykh Shuraim was scheduled to lead as per the rota, and returned to Salaatul Fajr duties yesterday, but nothing is a coincidence, everything is planned by Allah.

Imagine the amount of people that participated in the Janaazah of Hadhrat Shaykh rahimahullah.

One of the last verses that the Shaykh rahimahullah heard..(Maghrib Salaaah by Sh. Faysal al-Ghazzawwi)

اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَالَّتِي لَمْ تَمُتْ فِي مَنَامِهَا ۖ فَيُمْسِكُ الَّتِي قَضَىٰ عَلَيْهَا الْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ الْأُخْرَىٰ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُون

Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die [He takes] during their sleep. Then He keeps those for which He has decreed death and releases the others for a specified term. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.

The world has lost another lamp..
Allah grant molana sahib jazae khair from the whole ummah and a high rank in jannatul firdaws give sabr to all sheikh's muhhibeen..

Allahummajurni fi museebati wakhlufni khairam minha.
I have always found Hazrat Ml to be extremely affectionate to this lowly servant, to the extent of even sending money for me during my student days. Had I only taken spiritual benefit from Hazrat! Now we have to benefit as much as possible from Hazrats teachings.
We should take lessons from Hazrats demise. Let us make our islaah at the hands of our Mashaikh whilst we still have the chance.
May Allah Taala grant Hazrat Moulana the highest darajaat of Firdous Alaa and unite us with him. Ameen Ya Rabbal Alameen.
Allahumma Salli Ala Sayyidina Muhammediw wala Aalihi wa Baarik wasallim.

Last moments of Moulana Yunus Patel

from brother Haroon speaking to radio islam explaining what happened.

* sunday night performed umrah,
* Moulana Made tawaaf today,
* read maghrib after tawaaf,
* after maghrib walked back on top section
* walked back down in mataaf and
* speaking normal, answering question.
* walked up and turned and sat down, gave water,
* after maghrib collapsed on mataaf
* tried to revive in first aid room of haram but pulse was light.
* shortly after that passed away.
* Body of Moulana Yunus Patel at shisha hospital
* Completing all paper work
* Thereafter ghusl will be performed
* Janazah tentatively will take place after fajr.
* Janazah peformed by Imam Shuraim
* Buried in Jannatul Maala inshaAllah - block number 44 grave number 157

May Allah grant Moulana the highest form of Jannah and make it easy for all those close to him to deal with this sad day.
