I was just listening dawra tafsir of Mufti Zarwali (day 11, 1:07:28 ) and he stated that Mawlana is the biggest Deobandi Alim alive on earth. The biggest scholar from the ulama haq. Called him Mutabahhir Alim. He studied dawrah hadith in Dhabel. Bukhari under Mawlana Shams al-Haq Afghani and Tirmidhi under Mawlana Yusuf Binnori. Over 90 years old. He called him ayatun min ayaat Allah.

He also named Mawlana Ghulam Mustafa Qasmi, of Shah Waliyullah Academy who recently died.

Perhaps others can relate their experiences with him.

yes when allama khalid mahmood comes mostly very few people come for bayans. Maybe 5-10 in some places. The sad thing is these days people don't appreciate ilm but look at the oratory skills of the individual.

one of the reasons is majority of people don't know of hadrat allama saab. I have asked many bro's and ulama and they have never heard of him, this is a big shame and at the end we are the losers, i still wonder why this is so???(probably something political).
