Should this be recited after every salah?

Few days back I was told to recite this ayaat 11 times after every fardh salat with intention of seeking a deeni marriage partner. Include durood before and after 11 times.

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ

"Khala rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayyaa min khairin faqir"

This ayaat can also be read throughout the day.

I feel if one recites it after farz salaah is more beneficial as the malaika make dua for one who performs his farz salaah as long as he is seated in the same spot and all duas made after any farz salaah is readily accepted in the bargaah of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
