Cheap and halal holiday suggestions?

One brother has told me of a location for holidays in Turkey, namely Sahinn Paradise. Many muslims have been there and found it affordable and the least bad of them all ie it is not 100% islamic.

I do not personally guarantee what is written below, I only pass out what was said to me. In fact do not book unless you've enquired more about this site.

Pros :
It is located in Kumluca, near the infamous Antalya. The place is however isolated by large fields so no danger of being seen by other people.
Women can go to the swimming pool where entrance is strictly filtered (no mobile, no cams).
There are plenty of sea-related activities, fitness, paintball, hiking, other children activities.
Food choice is very varied and of quality, with free self-service. The halalness is to be investigated like anywhere in the country.
Prices are affordable if booking is made early (like one year).
Adhan is made, there is a prayer room.

Cons:
Not everybody is practising there, many women are without hijab.
Music is played near the swimming pool. Don't know if it can be disabled.
There is also a "nightclub" for women !!

Surprised no one has suggested Egypt ? To be honest you don't need to go to Sharm al sheikh but you can go to the likes of Cairo and there is loads to do as well, currently looking into this myself.

A lot of comments regarding Wales and the Lake District - surprising for me. I was born and bought up in Staffordshire and now live in London and find South to be a whole lot more friendly. One rec not to go is Marakesh - Muslim country and cheap so I won't knock it other than worst holiday ever.
