Keeping Dolls and Teddy Bears?

Please can tell me, what is the ruling on keeping dolls and teddy bears etc in room around?
when you don't place them in front of prayers rug so that you cant see them.

If they have proper faces then its totally haram whether you can see them or not in prayers.

I think brother Taliban's answer was Perfect, and binding the answer of your question as well. I also had heard about Aisha (r.z) keeping dolls but I consider they wouldn't be with Proper face.
