This post is full of half-truths.
Sunnis believe that Rasoolullah

was the best of all humans and thus he isn't a bashr like us. That is like saying a Bugatti is a car just like my Prius (sorry, I'm tired and I don't have a Prius).
Sunnis believe that Rasoolullah

did have knowledge of the unseen that was given to him by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. He was not 'aalim-ul-ghayb which means knower of all that is unseen as that is only Allah

. Ilm of the ghayb was given to Rasoolullah

on some issues due to the wisdom of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
Sunnis believe that Rasoolullah

is present alive in his blessed grave. Angels relay salawaat to him. He does not hear everything because only Allah سبحانه وتعالى is al-Samee'. He does not see everything because only Allah سبحانه وتعالى is al-Baseer.
Since Sunnis believe that Rasoolullah

is not haadir or naadhir, it is not permissible to say "Ya Rasoolullah

" with this belief. Otherwise, it is okay to say it. An example would be saying "Ya Rasoolullah

" in poetry or in a naat.
Sunnis also believe in tawassul but reject istighatha.
