Add 'Our Prophet' or 'Our Master' before his blessed name. We should never mention him without any lofty title.

I too of thinking of this . Is there any condition apply to follow this sunnah? I mean to say, one has to be old (in their 60s or 70s). I was thinking of asking to ulema? Can anyone clear this please..

Don't know if anyone has already come up with this.
There is a way do tasbih with our hands that many of us don't know about. My ustaad told me about this and gave me a book about it by Mualana Ashraf Ali Thanwi. However due my laziness i never got around to learning it. Does anyone have any information regarding this, also if there is an english book regarding this it will be of very good benefit inshallah. My friends teacher told her about this, so she shared it with me, and so I bought the book, its called "aqdul anamil"
I learned how to do it, but I still need to make it a habit, inshaALLAH t3ala soon, its not that difficult but in the beginning
your fingers hurt a little from doing it....just got to get used to it...
