Al-Maqṣid al-Asmā fī Sharḥ Asmā’ Allāh al-Ḥusnā

Assalamu alaykum

I need some assistance finding the Arabic text of Al-Maqṣid al-Asmā fī Sharḥ Asmā’ Allāh al-Ḥusnā of Shaykh Ahmad Zarruq online. So far, I've only been able to find a mukhtasar that someone has done, as well as Imam al-Ghazali's similarly titled work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
