Qari Abdul Hamid, former Imaam of Kerk Street Masjid in Johannesburg, SA is in a critical condition suffering cardiac failure - currently on ventilators in India. Duas requested. May Allah grant shifa. Ameen.

may ALLAH TA'AALA grant him a speedy recovery. by any chance is this qari abdul hamid (principle of azaadville darul uloom)?

is he same qari a.hamid who is principal of ladies madessa in panoli?
If yes then we went to see him with shaikh hanif sb,his condition is bad,1 leg cutted down from half,he forgot mostly things.
Last thursday when we visited shaikh yunus jonpuri,shaikh hanif said hi about qari sb's situation,shaikh yunus haf cried and said ummat need qari sb,he runs more than 300 makatib in all over india

Moulana I am sure he is the same. If you get any updates let us know. He left South Africa many years ago. I dont know much about him. He was instrumental in the work of Tabligh in the very early days with the like of Hajee Bhai Padia

. Perhaps, other people will give more info on him.

Qari Saheb has passed away in India. Janazah will be after Zohar in Panoli.

He was the ex-Imaam of Kerk Str Masjid in Johannesbur and principal of Darul Uloom Zakariyya. He was instrumental in the work of taleem, dawah and tabligh. He has established many madaris in India. He served Deen to the end. May Allah grant him high stages in Jannah and forgive his shoortcomings. Ameen.
