We also offer a Foundation Reading Course for complete beginners which is a reading course using a Qur'anic Arabic curriculum, preparing you for both Arabic language and Tajweed studies insha'Allah.

    TIMETABLE
We are open 7 days a week and lessons take place in the evening usually from 6pm to 9pm and all day during the weekend. The day and time of your lesson depends on your level. Contact us for more details.

    OUR TEACHERS
All our teachers are qualified teachers, native speakers of Arabic, with years of teaching experience and specially trained to teach our curriculum. Our Tajweed teachers are qualified to teach recitation of the Qur'an, they have Ijaza.

    OUR FEES
Our fees start at £3.30 an hour for a beginner Arabic course, which comes to £100 for 30hrs of tuition over 10 week (one level).
You will need to buy the course material relevant to your course and level.
For Arabic, our syllabus is based on the Al Arabiyah Bayna Yadek series. Book 1 covers level 1 to 5 and costs £25.

For Tajweed, the rate is £3.50 an hour that is £70 for 20 hrs of tuition over 10 weeks (one level).
You will be handed out a booklet of teaching material at the beginning of your course which costs £5.

    DISCOUNTS
When 3 or more family members join together (even at different levels) they will all enjoy a discount on their fees. We also offer discounts for individual students who enrol for both Arabic and Tajweed (Contact us for more details).

Brother yes we offer discounts when 3 or more members from the same household come and learn together. All our lessons are held in a classroom (not online) with a professional and experienced teacher (Ijaza) which is why we charge a fee for our course.

As for your claim that our rates are too high, well maybe they are too high for you but can you really say that charging £3.50 an hour for a complete (beginner to Ijaza in 10 levels) course taught by professionnal teachers is too high?

We are an independent organisation with no funding whatsoever and it is only through asking the students for a fee that we have kept this programme running for the last 9 years. We operate like a charity where all the money made through the fees go back to the project (staff wages, rent, office and classroom equipment...)

If you want more information about the discount we could offer to your family simply give us a ring: 07877726182 we will be happy to help you with the fees and payment.

You don't need a professional or experienced teacher with ijaza to learn Arabic. Any teacher or author who really knows how to teach can do.

I was talking about the Tajweed teachers obviously!
I'm sorry but are you posting on my thread for the sole purpose of criticising everything?

This post is meant for people who are truly interested in learning Arabic and Tajweed in a progressive and structured programme and to give them an idea of what we do so they can contact us if interested.

As for your opinion of what we need to run our programme thank you very much for your advice, but i think we prefer to run it our way, with only highly experienced, professional and qualified teachers.

Post Re: Registration for April term now open

Assalamu alaykum dear brothers and sisters,

We are now in the last weeks of the Winter Term and the registrations for the April term are now welcome. As a reminder Arabic4adults-UK offers Arabic and Tajweed lessons for adults (14+) based on structured and progressive curriculums. We have 21 levels of Arabic from complete beginner to very advanced and 10 levels of Tajweed from beginner to Ijaza insha'Allah.

All our classes are either in the evening (after 6pm) or during the weekend (all day). Timings depends on the course and level so give us a ring for details or if you need to be assessed insha'Allah.

Fees start at £100 for Arabic (10 weeks/30 hours of tuition + exam + certificate) and £70 for Tajweed (10 weeks/20 hours of tuition + exam + certificate). We are an independant organisation with NO funding. Students fees allows us to pay our experienced professional teachers and all the classroom equipements.

The new term won't start until the end of April because we are taking students on an intensive course in Tunisia during the Easter Holidays insha'Allah. More info can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/events/261105610611100/

If you wish to register for a course please ring 078 777 261 82 or email us at Arabic4adults@yahoo.co.uk
Insha'Allah see you soon in the classroom. Wassalam

Default Re: Deadlineto apply for April term is March 30th

    Asa brothers and sisters

insha'Allah thank you to all of you who have contacted us following your visit on this page, i will keep it up to date as much as possible. The April term won't start until the 23rd but as we will be away on the intensive course in Tunisia from the 1st to the 15th of April the deadline to apply and pay the fees for the Arpil term is the 30th March.

This means that you must contact us (see below) before that if you wish to join Arabic and/or Tajweed. Places are limitted to ensure that each individual student is given full attention from the teacher and when all the places have been attributed it is much more difficult to join a course so don't delay too long. If you think you could benefit from our course give us a ring at least you can make an informed decision then and you won't take the risk of missing out.

We do not teach during Ramadhan so if you can't make it in April it will have to be next academic year, sometime in September insha'Allah.

Default Arabic and Tajweed April term starting soon

    Asa dear brothers and sisters

Once again thank you for contacting us after visiting this page, alhamdulillah it's nice to see this community forum does help to connect people.

Quick reminder that the deadline to apply for the April term is March 30th even though the actual term doesn't start until the 23rd April. We will be away for our intensive course in Tunisia at the beginning of April and will only be able to deal with email queries.

The beginner levels of Arabic and Tajweed as always are very popular and we have a limit to the number of students we can accept in class so don't miss out and give us a ring now: 078 777 261 82

You can choose various options of study with Arabic4Adults:
    * Arabic language (fusha using Al Arabiyya bayna Yadayk)
    * Tajweed course (theory and practice aiming at Ijaza - last level)
    * Arabic + Tajweed (our classes are at different times so it is possible to do both)

We have 21 levels of Arabic from complete beginner to very advanced and 10 levels of Tajweed from beginner to Ijaza insha'Allah. We run between 12 and 15 classes a week in the evening (after 6pm) and in the weekend (between 9am and 9pm). With up to 5 terms per year you can expect to make real progress insha'Allah.

Just give us a ring to find out how we can help you.
    Wassalam
