According to Hanafi fiqh, yes it is impure..

Yes semen is considered as being najis (impure) as it is stated below in Quduri, for this reason one will have to change ones clothing or bedding, adding to this that to perform ghusl (obligatory bath) will become incumbent upon them.

It is najasa, and one has to clean their clothing or change them. And no difference in terms of najasa in dry or wet semen.
You will die, so worry about your real life rather than the illusion.
