Default Rules on giving Qurbani on Eid ul Ajha for the Prophet or his Ahle Bait

The question is in three parts

Is it permissible / possible to give qurbani of parts of an animal ( out of seven parts in a cow or camel ) with the intention of it benefiting a person
who is not living . Be it your relative or otherwise on Eid ul Ajha

Is it permissible / possible to give such qurbani with the intention of ebadah to Allah and becoming close to the prophet and his Ahle bait with the
prophets name or any member of the ahle baits name included in the seven parts of the sacrificed animal .

What are the rulings if this is possible to do it in a acceptable manner ... what are the recitations before the act of sacrifice.

What are the reality as per sunnah and analysis and also what are the views of the realm of tasawuf on this.

I ask this because this question has been on my mind for a while now . I am a Hanafi Sunni and am confused about where this act lies as per view of
    the majority of muslims .

I like you to add a poll on a simple answer of yes or no . on the basic question .

Yes,the non permissibility of making qurbani on the intention of benefiting a person not alive is one of the baked fiqh issue of pseudo-salafi

Proof : Abbaas [radhiallaahu anhu] says that Sayyiduna Sa’d ibn Ubaadah [radhiallaahu anhu] was away when his mother passed away. When he returned he asked Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam], ‘Will it be of any benefit if I give charity on her behalf.’ Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] replied in the affirmative. (Bukhari Hadith2762)

Yes, Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم made qurbāni on behalf of his ummah. Similarly, it has been narrated the Sayyidunā Ali رضي الله تعالى عنه used to make qurbāni on behalf of Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم.
