bro you need to stop trying to understand the Creator and why He does certain things. there is a whole different place beyond this universe, yet we dont even understand what is below the sea on our own planet so how are we meant to understand what is beyond this?
in my opinion the course you should be taking is this...
first establish firmly in your heart if there is a Creator or not. if you firmly believe that there is a Creator then know that He is One. People have called Him by different names through the ages. we call him by His majestic name of Allah amongst others.
if you firmly believe that there is a Creator who created each and everything then try to establish why we were created. in that there is no dispute between the religions. we were created to serve and worship the Creator in whatever capacity He wants us to.
then you need to choose which path to follow. each Prophet that was sent down and each book that was sent down were all from the same source and all pointed to one thing which is the belief and submission to the Creator.
at the end of the chain of revelations and Prophets came the quran as the last revelation and the Prophet Muhammadwas the last Prophet. submit to the Creator through the teachings of the last Prophet and through the revelations of the last testament the quran.
submit fuly to the Creator and inshallah you will attain salvation and you will be saved from the fire of hell.

JazakAllah nice thread ...!
the Prophetcried for those who would not submit to the Creator. amongst those who did not not submit were also his family members. even though he
was the most beloved to Allah, he
also had to endure the sorrow of his family members passing into the next life without submitting to Allah. what has come to pass has passed. it was out of his
hands and it is out of your hands.
do not let yourself get left behind in the pursuit of answers. if you believe in Allah and believe that islam is the right course to follow then submit to Allah and inshallah Allah will put peace in your heart. even after submitting to Allah the questions may still be there... and you will still be able to pursue the answers. if you believe then do not let anything hold you back.
may Allah help and guide you.

The following verse gives me cause to pause.
verse 7.50 says that if the dwellers of the fire cry out for a glass of water, to the believers in heaven, the believers must say, "it is forbidden for disbelievers"
How can I deny my father a glass of water, if he is burning in eternal fire?

jazakallah..@xs11ax, nice explanation to this innocent brother. please help him.
