Selling items with copyright logo???

What would the ruling be for buying and selling phone cases with the Apple logo which is copyright. The cases are made by a 3rd party company who do not have permission from Apple to use their logo. The cases in no way imply that they are made by Apple. If anyone could please answer or refer me to a similar query.

Assalamu Alaikum.

If one doesn't claim that it is product of Apple, or it is not written that it is Made by Apple, also it doesn't make confusion to customers that it is made by Apple, then I feel that there is no problem to sell it. Since its not harming Apple's business. I have seen in Bangladesh, also in U.A.E that people know that the cases are not made by the company whose logo is used.

However if they are sold by the name of Apple or buyer gets confused and the seller doesn't clear the confusion, it looks very near to haram.
