    In this era, where psycho-social issues and the unstoppable lifestyle engage a human spirit in a confusing maze, it is very vital to keep the right perspectives and attitudes to lead a normal life. This is especially true not just for Muslim adults but also for Muslim teen-agers who are trying to make sense of the world around them and the Islamic values that they are trying to adhere to! The distinguished Scholar, Shaykh Aidh al Qarni will speak in detail with regards to one of the most popular book Don’t be Sad originally in Arabic but widely circulated and accepted to the English reading crowd.
    The session will follow with a Special Questions and Answers Session

    Shaykh Aaidh al-Qarni

    Dr. Shaykh Aaidh ibn Abdullah al-Qarni (also spelt al-Qarnee), born in Saudi Arabia. He is an Islamic Scholar and respected author and activist. He is most well known for his self-help book 'Don't Be Sad' which is seen as the number one in its field within Islamic literature and although written by a Muslim for Muslims it is praised as being ideal for non-Muslims alike.

    The attached file is from a Salafi website on their fellow Salafi from Saudi who is not acclaimed to be Salafi enough for them.. It even mentions al-Qarni being soft in his attitude with Shi'a! I for one wouldn't advise people to listen to these type of people like al-Qarni.

    Inshallah shaykh suliman ghani will be translating the event. Shaykh aaidh al qarni is a great balanced saudi shaykh and everyone shod try to attend. Let's try avoiding saying otherwise
