A flat in my apartments is for around 10000.Cant estimate the living cost because of high inflation

How close is your appt from ibs abbas? I've heard there is a good gated community there something like KDA Appts. Do you know 2 rooms rate there?

2-3 mins at a normal pace.
KDA arent apartments actually they're ghar or villa or whatever you call it in english. Mine are flats. Haroon Royal city (its only the name thats royal nothing else)

I dont know about the rent of KDA brother. For a family like yours our flat would be perfect.

Nice. Also brother, I've really heared weired things there about the electricity bills that sometimes even if you don't use much they charge you for someone else. May be its a joke? What do you think estimate how much is the electricity and gas bill for three people normal usage. Also, how much is electricity for Air Condition use for around 2 hours a day? As u know I need to calculate before coming. Yeah, also how's the load shedding there?

Yeah it happens, one or two neighbours were victims but alhamdulillah it hasnt happened with us uptil now in 10 years. Load shedding in our flats comprises only 3 hours which is the 2nd least to any other area. Gas would cost you 1000. Electricity will be around 7000 i guess. These are all tentative figures.
