Wink simple solution for oily skin and zits

    asalaamu aliaikum everyone,

this is just a little tip which i find helps me in my daily skin care..
its a simple yoghurt reemedy for all those of you who didnt know. simple yoghurt without any color or flavours added to it.

just smear it on your face and leave it for 10 to 15 min, or even upto half an hour, and then wash it off thoroughly.

your skin will be smooth, radient and oil free...

it works like this- bacteria in the yoghurt culture gets rid of the dead skin layer and dirt on you're skin, leaving it fresh and smooth. watch blackheads dissapear too

the very first thing you should try is...

just drink 2-3-4 litres of water a day, wash your face throughout the day, use clean tissue to dry your face, change your pillow covers daily.

    simple.

the natural stimulus for water intake is thirst my brother; excessive water should not be taken. otherwise it will first increase intravascular volume then kidney have to work more to get rid of it: it is as simple as natural stimulus for eating is hunger.
yes local cleanliness is recommended; that is why you perform wuzu five times a day!

when i drink more water over a few days then my body will start requiring that extra water, and if i drink less than what my body has got used to over these few days then i feel more thirst.

but if i then start drinking less water over a few days then my body gets used to that, and providing i dont drink less than what my body has got used to then i dont feel thirst. but even if i dont feel thirst, the less water has an effect on my body. one of the results being pimples. fatigue, weakening of the eyes, concentration, and health in general are also all affected.

my conclusion through experience is that even though you may not actually feel the thirst, even then your body may still require more water or even be dehydrated. feeling thirst is not a very good indicator in the long run and may just be a good indicator for the short term.

my body acts the same for food. if i have less food then after a few days it will suffice for me and i will not feel hunger. but if i have more food over a few days then my body will feel hunger more sooner. so also hunger (for me anyway) is not a very good indicator.

if your theory is correct then ALLAH SWT who loves us more than any one never ask us to keep fast in the month of Ramzan; all ibadah is for sake of betterment of mankind not to make him sick.
in the month of Ramazan we experience the true hunger and true thirst!

    Assalamu alaikum

Washing your face too often is actually bad for pimples. The washing dries out the skin prompting it to produce more pore clogging oils.

Great tip! I've tried this myself as well and it felt really good. Unfortunately, I didn't continue with the application. I am sure one will see desirable result if continued for long time.

Also, I've found adding honey and lemon as a face mask helpful in smoothing out the skin. honey is an excellent source of moisture and lemon is a natural bleacher .
