This is shaykh yaqoubi in youtube clip:
“The Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) had knowledge of the hour, unlike some people who claim that he didn’t have knowledge of the hour”
It's clear as daylight what he is propagating. These 'some people' include best ulama in our history. Everyone agrees that mistakes of some sufis is not our deen. so why tolerance for such wrong beliefs?
How many people who trust the shaykh have the wrong aqeedah because of him. If some salafi does something wrong everyone is all over him and no one is crying and defending. Why double standards?
Where are the ulama who are warning against such beliefs propagated by this shaykh?
Good point brother.
Did you read, for example, post number 45?How many people who trust the shaykh have the wrong aqeedah because of him. If some salafi does something wrong everyone is all over him and no one is crying and defending. Why double standards?
Where are the ulama who are warning against such beliefs propagated by this shaykh?
Biddatis are waiting for you to make casual mistake in your life and then they pound on you, they declare you, your family, your ulama and your neighbours all non-Muslims. Similar things can be said about the other extreme. And this tells us that neither of them can be right. Can we, therefore, decide to be soft on our Muslim brothers and not rush to through them out of the fold of Islam?
And please do not take it as personal for I love you for the sake of Allah.

Thankyou brother for your advice, but I have not rushed anybody out of Islam. And I read post number 45 which made me very angry how can this shaykh make such a mistake and refer to great scholars as just 'some people' giving false impression to all people who listen to him.

إBrother Muzzammil Husayn can you please provide us with the muhaddits who graded this hadith as fabricated? It would be greatly appreciated. I also heard some of his students saying that even if the wording is maruda it does not negate hearing with the ears as substantiated according to Ibn Taymiyya in the narrations where he mentions on page 250 of the book Ilm ul-Hadith.ن عند رأسي ملكا يبلغني الصلاة علي من أمتي إلا يوم الجمعة فإني أسمع بإذني وأرد بلساني - "There is an angel at my head that conveys to me the prayers my ummah send upon me except on Fridays, I hear with my own ears and I answer with my own tongue." Imputing
The student also argued that woridng was tu'rad but the meaning is clearly understood as actually hearing. Secondly there is no contradiction between the two as being presented and he heard as clearly according to the narration adduced by Ibn Taymiyya the reasoning is that the prophet is physically protected in the rawda. It could be argued that the meaning is sound even if the wording rare. I would say that you have to do much more than accuse here - you have to prove fabrication.
If you could respond I would greatly appreciate it.

Shaykh Muhammad al Yaqoobi is one of the best scholar in the world today. His speeches are one of the most inspiring.
