As far as i know Darul uloom bury do not admit older students into its first year. I may be wrong so maybe you might want to check that up.
But last year i did not get admission. Can i get this year or again i have to send another application.
Why did you wait a whole year? You should have entered him into another madrassa and applied for a transfer for the second or third year. Anyway I want to give you a tip about madrassas- NEVER just give in an apllication form, make sure you keep following/lobbying the management (in a very polite manner) for admission. So this year when you apply go to see them in person and make contact with a key ustaadh.
Also you may want to try balckburn or leicter as they are better for over 16s in a lot of aspects.
PS: If you are from India then why are you sending your son to the UK, when alhamdullillah you have world class madaaris over there?
