Default Naat - Mustafa Jaan e Rehmat Pe Laakhon Salam

Does any one have this naat recited by a non-brelwi ? Or atleast the classical version
I wish your name to be engraved in my heart
I will be grateful to you change this dead heart
My heart is dark and so my eyes remain dry
Hypocrisy and hubris wont let me cry
So change my heart and forgive my sins this day
Dont leave me drowning here alone and astray

This naat is written by Ahmad Raza Khan right?
“O our Rabb! Forgive us and our brothers who passed before us with Imaan. And do not place any impurity (ill-feelings) in our hearts against those who have Imaan. O our Rabb! Indeed You are the Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

I am quite sure it is. In Pakistan it is most common to hear it after Jumuah salaah.

Similarity thing would be when we do it as a group of people or everytime we recite this. ? :S
So if the reciter is saying "Kroro Salam" then ? :S

There is a version written by Hadhrat syed Nafees Shah Al hussaini RA...but i have never come across an audio version of it
Chaska laga hai khoon-e-tamana ka is tarha
Us khoon mein nahatay hai hum jaan bhooj kar
khushiyon se rooth jate hai hum jaan bhooj kar
Gham mein khushi manatey hai hum jaan bhooj kar
