sister, I would think that Insha'Allah they are all good as they should all have qualified Huffaz who are teaching the Qur'an. However, I personally know about http://qurantutoring.com/. A brother I know (adult) has been taking classes with them and Masha'Allah he is very pleased with his teacher. They emphasize tajweed when teaching and they are also working with him to teach him the six kalimas and other basics which we should all know. I have also seen his tajweed and recitation/reading ability improve Masha'Allah over the last couple of months since he started with them.

Also, they all offer some sort of a free trial (usually 2-3 classes) so you can always have your kids try more than one before deciding which one is most suitable for them.

I'm sure Insha'Allah other brothers and sisters will add more places if they know of any.
