Its not compulsory that every business should have risk in it

precisely.. this business has fixed minimum return on the amount invested (for the current project) and overall the return may increase . But still it doesnt fall under haram category. Because the amount is invested on tools and employees for which we get monthly commission on them. which is always constant as long as our employee or tool is in use.

We are not guaranteeing payments. As per our current project that is the minimum amount (5% profit) we are able to save. This will increase or decrease

We had a similar business approved by Mufti Ibrahim Desai and even the present plan was reviewed by Moulana Ismail Moosa before he himself decided to invest and he doesn't have any problem with it.
