It's not a travel agency, its my husband, working independently with an agency in India who we've used in the past and are reliable, professional and very generous.

Is it Approved by the Saudi Embassy for arranging umrah and visas?
And if it’s based in India can I still book through it if I am a UK passport holder?

Visa are arranged separately and yes, everything is approved. The package is being offered from the UK, so yes, of course, its suitable for UK passport holders. You can contact the number above for details.

I've read your post on the main forum. Umrah bookings are not as complicated as you have assumed. Its pretty straight forward once you have a visa and yes, if you want to, you can just fly out and look for accomodation and other arrangements yourself although availablity and cost may be compromised if you are going first time and don't have the experience. I would advise against it at peak times though unless you're willing to pay high prices for a hotel near Haram or don't mind living far away and in cheaper accomodation.

Can you put up the website of the Indian agency if possible?

I would like to ring the phone number above but then I'm wondering what the next step would be.
I'm guessing the agent will ask me for my passport and deposit.
But I don't live in India and I'm reluctant to send my stuff to someone I don't know and who lives distance away from me.
The price is definitely attractive to me but I hope you understand my cautiousness. I mean, cautiousness is also part of deen is it not?
I've got ripped off in the past through online/faceless transactions and I don't wish to be bitten from the same hole twice! Make dua for me!

Brother, I don't think you've understood. He is in the UK and you don't have to contact anyone else but him. You have no dealings with any Indian agency. There's no sending your passport off to any remote place or anything like it. Theres also no need to make a decision to send your passport or deposit off until you've talked it over, asked all your questions and are happy. Best thing is to call and talk with him than ask questions here.

Can u please find ou the rough cost of living/transport if one were to go 4 two weeks. (without ticket/visa)
