    Sufficient attention is not paid to the more conventional methods. Resorting to tablets for everything is the easy way out. In most cases, these things are risky and carry side effects. Yes, the benefit of some are undeneniable, and sometimes it is a gap that can only be filled with this type of thing. But the minds and bodies ability of natural healing and excelling needs to be appreciated more.


    Using the brain for what it was made is the best solution. Solving problems and using it to discern right from wrong.
    When you've forgotten something sit and dig your brain until you can remember it.
    If a past thought occurs in your mind try and recall every little detail of it - the room you were in, the colour of the mat, where the window was situated, what your feelings were etc. The Sufis 'muraqabah' sessions is a gem in this. Sitting down in the evening and playing back in your head every thought, action, and word uttered. This can be expanded to the past week, month, year, and years.

    Keep usage of internet limited. You dont need to read everything anything.

    Cortisol is a stress hormone released by the adrenal grands which is good in its required amounts but too much of it is toxic. Learning of ways to relax and to keeping calm in hard situations and live events is essential.
