How is "The Reckoning" synonymous with salafism ya habib? So what, only extreme salafis believe in a day of judgement? It will benefit all of us inshallah, and anyone (including Christians and Jews) who believe in a day of reckoning. Let's not make groups by grouping others O sincere brother.

Sheikh muhamad Abdul jabbars lectures Really wake me up & gives me a great reminder of Allah swt and Islam alhamdulilah. May Allah reward him for his efforts even if he is a salafi.

WS sister. I take it as you are talking about the group who labels them as salafi (latter day version). Now I haven’t said anything explicitly or I didn’t imply anything to say this latter day version worries me.

If a shia/ahmadiya etc talk event was being advertised on sunniforum I would do the same thing as I do with a latter day salafi. Abdul Jabbar isn’t salafi according to sunniforum user.

To answer your next question is but this group is sunni (ahlus sunnah wa jammah)? Yes they are sunni, I know but their aqeedah, fiqh etc are corrupt. They also claim sahabas, Real salafis (early Generation) made mistakes but they haven’t?

yes there is some portion of truth in them but it has falsehood mixed with truth and the ulema will tell you that falsehood itself cannot cause more damage and will not cause more damage than falsehood mixed with Truth, why? you don’t do tauba! And this is what latter day salafis do!

They have also tampered with Islamic text including the translation of the Quran

Here is one example, I have more
Salafi tran – “Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the highly exalted?" (Sad 38:75)”

The word both doesn’t exist in this verse but the reason why it was translated to that so people think Allah has a Hand but not like ours, which is corrupt aqeedah.
