Gift to non muslim

Assalam o alykom warahmatullahi wabarakatuh!

There is a non muslim girl in my class... and as our school is ending.. so.. i was thinkking.. to give her a gift.. so that she would be reminded of me whenever she'l see tht gift.. i have always tried to be nice with her.. so.. she might think that y did i gave her that gift.. in shorrt.. Allah Ta 'la might give her hidaya..I l pray for her too Insha Allah.

a fine gift.. like some non edible gift..

but.. as we read that in islamiat that " non muslims se Qalbi dosti nahi karni chahiye" (dont know how to translate..) so what should i do?

ask a scholar, they will reassure you that it is ok InshaAllah

give her "ap ki amanat aap ki seva me"
or "your trust in your service"

where may i find them.. urdu books wud be betterr.. for her and her family.. what if i just give her.. a non knowledgble gift..?

If you are going to give a book, get one about the Seeratun Nabi (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) or about the pious Sahabiyyah and other great women (radhiyallahu 'anhunna) from our past. Maybe you could get a book as well as perfume or a painting with Islamic art?

I like the book idea, with the intention of dawah and a special message and dua in your handwriting in the front flap (or perhaps in a hand-made card). You could include a fine scarf (one she could use as a hijab later ).

i think some non edible gift will be better. a book is ok. there is less limitation i think.

wouldnt seerat un Nabi (SAW) be way to difficult for her.. u see.. she is in my class and my class idnt use to give her much attention.. they used to be normal not very knid which i feel that they sooooooo sooo shold have been. and her urdu aint good and her english is also just okay . i should i ve her an easy book to read. any names please.

what if i gift her a book consisting of arguments between hinduism and Islam? names pls
