your best bet is to contact the australian brothers. search ahmad Abdu on face book, he is one of the senior students from australia. then if you cant then contact the ameer of the tabligh jamaat in Australia, I cant remember his name but his son (Ebrahim) is also in tareem, his son in law is a big Hanafi alim & muhadith. just cant remember their names.

yes Its the same sheikh. I met Abdul Moiz, great alim. if Im not mistaken his brother is a scholar in hadeeth, met him in South Africa two years back when they were on jamaat. its easyier to enroll with one of the students. who is your friend, Haroun maybe? his the other Leb brother I know, other than Ahmad Abdu.

most westerners are home schooled, we had a kindergarden & had intention to go back but we couldnt so insha Allah we will try in a few years. its difficult to go to the secular school at dar mustafa & they would be for atleast a year in waiting for acceptence. rent is cheap but lots of things whent up over the past 2 years because of the politics. when I left I was paying about $120 per month but I had a complete house, most are paying $75 per month. most land lords want 6 months in advance.

Bro Saslams, which of the following would in your opinion prepare one better (when it comes to Arabic) for Dar al Mustafa:
    - Qibla curriculum (http://qibla.com/academics/curriculu...miftah-diploma)
    - Shariahprogram curriculum (http://qibla.com/academics/curriculu...miftah-diploma)

Also, would it be possible to send you an email, and if yes how?

the $75 is for rent. food & your other expenses I would say $200, but i have been told that the prices of everything has gone up drasticly over the past two years with all the strikes taking place. if you comming from the west its best to apply through a western student. & they will forward your documents to who ever they need to. its actualy the best aproach. for indonesians its very easy because they have better links to the daar. if it works for you that way then go for it. you just need someone on the inside it doesnt really matter. Im south african but I got in through a british student.

my contact is gone back to England for vacation & I dont have his email outside of yemen. but tomorrow night I will be meeting with one of the Habaib on Tuesday aswell as a western student who i will ask for an email. also sheikh Yahya Rhodus is also around. if you want scan me a copy of your passport & I will give it to Habib Aydrus & on his return to Yemen he can drop it off at the office.

ask the mods for my email. i will be seeing them tomorrow night so please try to send it soon.
