invoking other than Allah poses no problem, but a general comment of a mufti is taken as opposing the Qur'an... wa

Some one told me to recite "Ya Ali Adrikini Fi Sabililah" for my problems. Can u Please tell me is it right to recite this? Please reply. Thank You.

    Answer

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

    Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

It is not permissible to call out to the dead for any kind of help or assistance.[1]
Such an act constitutes kufr and the implications of that are major. If a person is married his marriage terminates. He will have to make tawba and renew his Imaan and Nikah. If he does not do that, his relationship with his wife will be an adulterous one. If his “wife” conceives in that stage and gives birth, the child will be illegitimate.

Mufti sahab has spoken against Quran by calling a martyr and shaheed as Dead - its in Quran that dont call shaheeds as dead -

If they shuhada were alive like normal alive then why is there inheritance distributed ? The above by Mufti Ebrahim Desai and he states that the shuhada are alive in barzakh, this is what I have been able to understand. Allah knows best.

invoking other than Allah is Kufr - but tawassul is not invoking other than Allah - i was talking about permissibilty of Tawassul not about invoking others than Allah - first understand what tawassul is

    ,
Then why on earth did you bring tawassul into the discussion when the fatwa given is about istighatha. Next time read more closely before posting. And I'm not even talking about the disrespect to Mufti Desai.

Let's stick to the original topic of the thread.

Please make another thread if you want to talk about tawassul vs istighathah.
