There's hardly any information on the site about who they are & their qualifications...

I would recommend studying one-on-one if possible with a teacher for ijazah.
If not, I recall dar al-hamd offering classes via skype:

...and may peace and blessings be upon the Beloved of Allah.

I think that one of the best and most relaxing things to do is to try and recite a mimum amount of revision 3-5 juz then with any time you have spare, constantely listen the quran from start to end from differnt qaries that you like. Through doing this you will be able to enjoy thier voices, increase your iman, ponder over the means and prefect your tajweed. All throughout the time that I did my hifz and am I know revising it I have always been listening to many different reciters and I have noticed the difference it has improved my tajweed so much, alhamdulilah. Inshallah I will continue to listen to different Qaries and improve my tajweed even more.

I'm not that sure how this site woudl work to give you an ijazza because the lessons do not last that long. I think it may be better going to some sort of shaykh, so that you could spend more time with him.
