Issues with Apostacy Law

Well, I am Muslim. I am not attacking or anything else. I just have some doubts that have been puzzling me that's why I came here to ask for your help. I am not accusing or anything else. I just want my doubts to be cleared off. I am not saying that anyone is wrong , I just want clarifications since our own Muslim scholars have confused me so much. Someone says something and another one other.

1) I know that the relationship between Muhammad (SAW) and Ayesha(RA) was very good.
In Islamic system Nikah amounts to marriage, betrothed is not the correct word to use in this context here. Could you explain this? So, six year old marrying to 53 year old man, that's not fair I guess in so many ways.

2) Maybe you misunderstood my question, I am just asking about the death penalty for apostates and blasphemy laws.

Some other points I would like to extend are.

A) According to many Islamic scholars, you can beat your wife in the light of a verse in Quran. I don't find it ok. You should love your wife and not own him.
B) We all do mistake, we all need second chance but according to sharia laws, punishments are so hard that in case you are awarded death penalty, there is no chance coming back ! and if you were innocent and were just trapped, your bad !! In my opinion , God has given life and no one has the right to take it.

Hey as for the Aisha marriage the age is not accurate its something invented by the kafirs, it was estimated to be AT LEASTTTTTTTTT 15+ and combine that with the fact that women reached puberty faster at the time and it makes complete sense. He died in her arms.
and there is no death penalty in the Qur'an for any crime as i said in my last post, even for sex before marriage there is no death penalty.

Oh i forgot about the wife beating part, its not ACTUALLY beating your wife like beating her up, theres a process you go through when you and your wife have a dispute and the LAST THING is the thing mentioned in the Qur'an its not a wife beating its something you do with your finger to her you cant beat your wife and bruise/make her bleed its more like a poke.

First of all I would like to say that not you but some of the people have really broken my heart here by calling me this and that e.g my end will be in hellfire. It's not the way you guide someone.

Coming to the points,
Western world is not the standard for me. So, if they are doing something wrong, its wrong. I had a discussion with a friend who is a atheist but he didn't attack Islam. He just raised his points. It was not a fight for who win or lose. The thing is that now I had a discussion(no way going back) and although I pray,I cannot pray with motivation until I clear all these doubts of my mind.

1)If modern world has got blasphemy laws and If a person dreams of the Queen of England with physical intimacy he has to be killed. In my opinion they are WRONG .They are not standards for me. Can you please give me some proof of this Queen Elizabeth thing ? Who has been killed for this in the past few years ?
I find a fault here in your argument. The point is not that how many have been killed due to apostasy but the point is that that they should be killed or not ? My question to you. Would YOU kill someone if he/she reverts from Islam?
Further, In Pakistan, a man killed Salman Taseer, governor of Punjab province, for blasphemy. Then they killed Shahbaz Bhatti , a christian and minister for minorities. Do you support the killers ? The judge who ordered punishment for the killer of Salman Taseer had to fled away from country due to life threats he received. Many other muslims and non-muslims have been killed in Pakistan over blasphemy, many were innocent and were just falsely accused.
About suicides, many people commit suicide in Pakistan too where 97 percent people are Muslims. So, what so you say about them?

2) About marriage of Muhammad (SAW) to Ayesha(RA) .Again, Western world is not the STANDARD for me. I want someone to the point answer and NOT " HOW TO DEFEND". I don't think that a six year old or a 9 year old is a mature age for a girl.

i already answered his question briefly by answering the others but i could also go more in depth...It seems that those with doubts have the same trend going on, There is really nothing new and worth worrying about as ive answered just about all of the doubts i just wish i could get to every one and help them :/

Yes, let us just focus on death penalty for apostasy and blasphemy. Would Muslims accept hat if a hindu reverts to Islam and killed by hindus because he changed his religion. What about blasphemy ? This is so confusing as some people here suggests that there is no death penalty advised in Islam while the other one saying that its the majority sunni view. And I know that it's the majority sunni view as I live in a sunni majority country and we have death penalty for blasphemy and apostasy.

Not in Quran but in ahadiths it is and many scholars also say that it is mentioned in Quran and say they fall in the category who spread fitna on earth.
There is a fatwa by Jamia Al Azhar advising death penalty for apostasy. Majority of sunni scholars agree on this too.
In various ahadiths there are instances of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) asking sahabas(RA) to kill the blasphemous people also.
So, I think is it your oersonal view that there is no death penalty ?
