Sorry for my late reply. I did not notice you post.

Yes, Im from Sabah. Kota Kinabalu city to be exact.
We would advise against having any involvement with wafaq.
For protection against evil spirits and healing, it is safer (ie permissible) to use ruqyah and other kinds of treatment.

best would be to neutralise before disposing it.

The way we usually do is to soak/immerse the wafaq in a container of water that has been ruqyah.
We usually recite the aayaat for neutralizing sihr... ie surah Yunus : 81 - 82

(مَا جِئتُم بِهِ السِّحْرُ، إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُ، إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ ٱلمُفْسِدِينَ (٨١ ...
(وَيُحِقُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَـٰتِهِۦ وَلَوۡ ڪَرِهَ ٱلمُجرِمُونَ (٨٢

(Then when they had cast down, Mûsa (Moses) said: )
"What you have brought is sorcery, Allâh will surely make it of no effect. Verily, Allâh does not set right the work of Al-Mufsidûn (the evil-doers, corrupters). (81)
"And Allâh will establish and make apparent the truth by His Words, however much the Mujrimûn (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners) may hate it." (82)
(Yunus : 81 - 82)

Recite the above ayat onto the water and "bath"/soak the wafaq in the water. After that dispose it.

note: if the wafaq contains names of ALLAH or ayaat of alQur'an... the proper way to dispose is to burn.

If you wish to contact the clinic, my suggestion you try contacting our main centre. (The clinic photos I posted above are of the branch clinic, which is in my area.) In the main centre insya ALLAH there will be some tobba (healers) who have loads of years experience. The clinic in my area, the most senior tabeeb (healer) has only ~10 year of experience (after his ijaza from our ustadz).

Contact info of our main centre can be found in the website of darussyifa, ie "darussyifa DOT com".
Right at the bottom of the frontpage, there's the email "darussyifa.malaysia AT gmail DOT com". You can try emailing them.

Constructing/building a clinic is just one step in providing Islamic treatment service to the public (muslims & non muslims).
There are still many more steps for us. May ALLAH accept our little khidmat (service) and give steadfastness in giving the best khidmat possible with ikhlas for the sake of ALLAH.

This clinic is open during ramadhan but start only after tarawih solat.

Last nite, several patients were treated for jinn possession. Even in the blessed month of Ramadhan, there are still jinn possession incidents.

Treating (exorcise) a cardiac intensive care unit (CICU) where there have been about 100 or more cases of patients being disturbed by jinns since past 2 years

A few red dots on the CICU floor was noticed shortly after we've finished ruqyah, adzan-ed and "sprinkled" the ruqyah water around the CICU ward.
As soon as the staff nurses saw the red dots, the hospital cleaner was called upon and immediately cleaned the respected areas.

Note: the CICU ward is catagorized as a clean room, and hence any impurities found, will be cleaned ASAP. However, the operating theater is of higher level clean room compared to the CICU ward.
