    Assalam-o-Alaikum wr wb,

Its one of my deepest wish to make my kids Haafiz, so far Allah SWT blessed me with two sons and i am looking into the possibilities to get him admitted in Islamic School where he can also Hifz along with the General schooling.

Point of consideration for me is that, my wife is not very religious minded. Though its not the case that she doesnt pratice on core islamic values, but still the difference of thinking about putting islamic values into practice is different than me. She keeps herself busy in worldly stuff (i.e. cleaning home, cooking, getting things aligned at home) but doesnt take out some time for reading Quran. She works like Busy Bee all day long for this house hold issues, but when the time comes to offer Namaz, she offers it being seated and says i am just too tired and cant stand. I am not here to complain, just telling you to give you an idea about her mind-set.

Now, knowing the fact, she being House-Wife stays with my kids more than me, so what my kids are getting/learning is not "very" islamic at all. I want my kids to be "Real Practicing Muslim" so getting Hifz done would be the Step-1 and then i intent to send them to become Aalim (Practicing Aalim).

We know, we dont have very islamic environment here in Pakistan, whenever we go in public, we dont often see practicing muslims around and then this home environment is not practicing too, now what to do ? Not getting, what route should i follow to achieve the goal. And even, going for this option is a good choice or not as Me and my wife have different way of thinking. And this will greatly impact on developing an islamic mindset in my kids.

    Jazak Allah.
