wa alaikum as-salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh brother-in-Islam,
I believe everyone who has been given the ability to speak by Allah has potential to make their voice beautiful. I think there is a Hadith where the Messenger Muhammad (SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam) even encouraged us Muslims to recite the Qur'an beautifully as though we are chanting (i.e. to recite beautifully) and whoever doesn't at least try to beautify his recitation voice is not one of the Muslim Ummah. That is only from what I understood in coming across that Hadith on one occassion. Allah knows best
If you know how to sing the ABCs with the well-known ABC tone,
then that means you can sing.
If you know how to sing, then that means you have potential to make your Qur'an recitation voice even better and more beautiful.
When reciting the Qur'an beautifully, you shouldn't do it to show off your amazing Qur'an recitation voice, you should only do so out of honor to Allah, to please Allah alone.
Allahu A'lam.
